Do the bulbs on the candle get hot after being on for a period of time?
No, the bulbs do not get hot due to being an LED bulb.
Do all the MC candles have a built-in timer?
Yes, all MC battery candles have a built-in automatic six (6) hour timer.
How long is the battery life on the MC pillar candles?
MC pillar candles require 2 “D” batteries which will last up to 1 year running 6 hours each day or 2,190 hours total.
How long is the battery life on the MC votive and taper candles?
The MC votive and taper candles require 2 “AA” batteries which will last up to 2 months running 6 hours each day or 360 hours total.
Why is my battery life shorter than as advertised?
This all depends on the quality of the battery. Ensure you use a new, high quality battery. We recommend Duraccel or Werker brand.
Why is the timer not functioning properly?
The timer will not function properly when the batteries are low. After the batteries are low, the timer does not have enough power to function properly. Replacing the batteries will fix this problem. Please

Why is my taper timer not functioning properly?
When you turn the taper lid to the on position, do not turn it tight. Turn the lid just until the candle is on and then stop. It will not function properly if it is turned too tight. Also due to all candles being hand-waxed, sometimes a small piece of wax will keep the lid from connecting properly to the power source. Please

Can the waxed candles be used outdoors?
The MC pillar candles are a weatherproof candle. However, they are waxed with real candle wax so the candle wax can fade or melt if outdoors. We do sell our candles in an unwaxed version for outdoor use. The MC votive and taper candles are not weatherproof and therefore will not withstand outdoor environments.
What is the candle made of?
The candles have a plastic base and are then individually hand-waxed. The candle wax we use for our candles is a high quality. The candle wax we use has a very high melting point, suited for environments of up to 100'F. This high quality wax is also extremely hard and resists breakage and color fading.
What if my candle does not work?
We occasionally have a candle that does not work, usually caused my damage during shipment. If you have a candle that does not work, exchange the candle to the location of purchase.
Can my wooden candle trough be used outdoors?
Our wooden products are made for indoor use only. Use outdoors at your own risk.
Do I need to purchase mounting brackets for your wooden wall décor?
All Delighted Home wooden wall décor already has a hole drilled; customer will need a screw to hang décor on the wall.
Can the berry garlands be used outdoors?
The berry garlands are not for outdoor use due to garlands being artificial.
